GIS Ambassadors
Ambassador Role Overview
The GIS Ambassadors serve as key representatives who promote the Society’s mission globally and regionally.
They support educational efforts, grow the GIS network, and foster collaborations with other cardiovascular societies.

GIS Ambassador Benefits (2025–2027)

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, candidates must
- Be a healthcare professional involved in cardiovascular interventions (physicians, fellows, technologists, etc.).
- Have an active interest in interventional cardiology education and research.
- Demonstrate leadership, communication, and networking skills.
- Be willing to actively promote GIS events, values, and updates.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Commit to participating in GIS campaigns, events, and digital outreach.
Ambassador Responsibilities
- Represent GIS in your country or region at conferences, forums, and events.
- Support recruitment and engagement of GIS members.
- Actively share GIS announcements and events via social media and local networks.
- Collaborate with the GIS team on initiatives, content, and regional visibility.
- Submit quarterly updates on outreach and engagement activities.
