If you need to cancel your registration, please submit a written request via email to the GIS team at abdallah.khalil@icomgroup.org.
Cancellations made by October 28, 2025, will be eligible for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee per registrant.
Requests must be made in writing; phone cancellations are not accepted.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 28, 2025, or for registrants who do not attend the conference. Refunds will be processed within three weeks after the event.
If you’re unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. To process this change, please provide written authorization from the original registrant along with the details of the new attendee.
Send the names and contact information for both parties to abdallah.khalil@icomgroup.org. Substitutions are accepted at any time before the event begins.
